Gelana Abaya產區位於衣索匹亞耶加雪菲鎮的西邊，鄰近Abaya Lake是境內最大湖泊，提供水洗咖啡廠最重要的水資源。高海拔種植的衣索匹亞原生豆種已有完善成熟的供銷體制，風味也受到世界咖啡愛好者的多元肯定。淺焙的目的是為了能較為單純地提取豆子中的香味因子，整體口味顯得輕盈乾淨，花香、柑橘的調性也造就了它的層次感。
